The setup fee pays our staff to do the initial tech setup and onboarding you to Hydra Business Suite. The monthly subscription covers your access to the platform and allows for you to have unlimited users within it.

If you need a personalized website, there is an additional charge for that service. Varies per site. Very competitive rates.

The only other fee that may be charged is for usage of SMS/text, Email and AI features. However, these charges are minimal just $10 dollars will give you about 10,000 emails or 1,000 text messages and 50,000 AI words. Unless you are running extremely large marketing campaigns that much is sufficient for most small businesses. Plus we also provide you with complimentary credits to get you started.

YES! We provide you with help docs, video how to tutorials, step-by-step guides, interactive user guides, and even Live 24/7 Chat tech support. If that's not enough, we also offer scheduled 1-1 and group Zoom support. You will have all the help you need to be fully successful!

We want to make sure you are set up for success, so we will help you get set up and train you on how to use Hydra Business Suite on a day-to-day basis. You'll be greeted with a 1-hour training session and another 1 hour technical set up call. Both are on Zoom and recorded. You'll experience a white-glove on-boarding experience to get you ready to grow your business. We pride ourselves on getting you set up without having to learn everything. However, we recognize some do like to learn more. So, we have a full built-in training course.

We operate on a month-by-month basis. You can cancel at any time with a 30-day notice. Give us 6 months, maybe only 3 months, and you will become an advocate.
