The Training
For 25 years, I served as a United States Army Medic.
Airborne. Air Assault. Mission-focused.
As a Medic, I was trained to do two things above all else:
Stop the bleeding and stabilize the patient...
and never cause further harm to the patient.
In combat, panic gets people hurt. Chaos destroys outcomes. Small problems become life-threatening when there are no systems, leadership, or a plan.

The Realization
That training shaped the way I see business today.
After years of working with Business Owners, Coaches, and Consultants, I realized many businesses suffer from the same problems I saw in high-pressure medical situations:
